I have no real good excuse as to why this comic took so long. I worked really hard to finish this comic before I left on vacation to Hawaii and had it all scanned in. Then I sat on the drawings all vacation, despite the fact that I had internet access. Then I came home and made the comic, but kept forgetting to update. So, there is no real good reason why it's taken so long.

And for that I appologize to my readers. I know this is an exciting point in the story, and I should take my updates more serriously. Please know that I'll be doing my best until the end of this chapter to make updates. But I have a lot of other projects going on, and they all take time.

Anyway, on a life-of-the-creator note, Summer is coming to a close soon. I move back in on the 15th for band camp, which is kinda awesome. I'm looking forward to being back at school, with all my buds and the band and classes as well. I think I'm gonna look into getting a job as a late night door security person so that I can stay up late at night getting paid to draw. That way, it won't interfere with band, and, I can draw and do homework and stuff. And I won't be as distracted by the internet since it'll be late night and barely anyone else will be on.

So, that's my plan as of now. We'll see what the school year brings.

I'm going to do my best to get another comic up on labor day, but I'm gonna be gone all weekend for the stanford trip, so we'll see.
