To celebrate this wonderful holiday which celebrates equality for all and people with the last name of King and a day off of school, I have made my return to the webcomicing world. What a nice break I've had. I thank everyone who checked my site vigilently while I was gone, waiting for me to return to my post. You're the fan base that is the reason I do this comic. The purpose for their being. Thank you.
Anyway, I didn't have much of a chance to do art stuff over the winter holidays. The last two weeks were completely eaten up by spending time with people (gasp - the real world?), and helping to do heavy lifting at my grandma's and aunts house. The first week was spent working on my christmas present to Sarah, which everyone can see here. You wanna know the part I'm proudest of? The snow. That there is randomly falling snow. I got into the programming language a little bit and made snow that falls randomly, and randomly resizes/ changes the rate at which it falls. It's the aspect of the whole thing that took the longest, and I think it went well. Not much else in the art department, though. Maybe a couple of new pictures at my photobucket. I got a little farther on my other big project, which I'm still plodding away at. Speaking of other projects. I, on the spur of the moment, decided I wanted to do an internet radio type show. I call it Ninja radio, and for now, it lives here. I made it episodic, kind of like ask a ninja, but I do it and I cover (try to, anyway) different material. I just decided to do it for the ninja cadet faction on The Aquabat's forums. I haven't done one for this week, though, because I forgot my microphone at home. But I have it now, and I'll make another one for next week or so. So that's it. It's homework time for me! |
