New News

So, much like the Notre Dame trip, the Cal trip was really fun. On both trips, we left Thursday at midnight, rehersed the morning we got there, got to hang around the major metropolitan area friday evening, spent all day at the game on Saturday, lost, and then spent all of Sunday in transit. Amazing the similarities.

But so, that was my weekend. I don't know why I was able to finish a comic this weekend and not last weekend, when I didn't have a big trip to make. It probably had something to do with Ghostmas, or as most people know it, Halloween. This year I just kind of dusted off the Napoleon costume. I just didn't end up with the materials or the time to do Edward scissor hands as well as I wanted to do it. So I thought I would push it back a year, but I think I'm going to push it back two years, because I have a more pressing costume that needs to be taken care of before I get to old and fat. I might say more on it later, but it's a good costume, trust me.

So, I added a picture to the random art page today. I think it's a rather cute one, but some people might not understand my art. It's a mouse that is just annoyed at the robot that apparently loves her. I just thought it was a cute idea, and I've been drawing different doodles like it in my notes. Like a pig loving an aligator, or a robot girl loving a human boy, just a bunch of different situations where you wouldn't expect it to work out. But I made this one into a full blown picture with colored pencils and every thing. So I was excited about it and thought I should post it.

There are some other exciting prospects in the life of the artist right now. But I won't let my readers in on it until something actually develops from it. Don't take it personally, I just don't know many of my readers well enough to let them in on stuff like this.

BUT, you can remedy this by sending me an e-mail at reptileguard@yahoo.com. If you use Yahoo messenger, you can also IM me on the name reptileguard. Then I'll get to know you and life will be good, 'cause I'll feel connected to my readers. Comments and questions are always welcome.

So, that's all. I gotta get to bed, 'cause I have a Japanese test tomorrow, and I gotta be awake for it.
