Well, this week has been good. I went home for the weekend and got to spend some time with my family. It's pretty much the last weekend I can go home until thanksgiving, 'cause of band.

Speaking of band, I'm so psyched about our trip to Notre Dame this next weekend. The campus is supposed to be beautiful, and the stadium is supposed to be really nice, and I'm supposed to get a picture with "touchdown Jesus." Apparently, there's this one mosaic mural right near the stadium where Jesus is looking up to the heavens and raising his hands, and it looks like he's making the motion for a touch down. I'm also looking forward to the generous per diem we're going to get, 'cause I'm going to need to save some of that for the rest of the quarter (where does money disapear to?).

Anyways, onto the art. I like how this comic turned out. Not so much the dialogue, but the artwork itself. I was afraid that is would turn out a little lame, but according to my proof reader, it wasn't lame. I'm not quite sure if I'm going to get started right now on next weeks real comic or this weeks mini. I'm still debating on if I should do a mini this week because I lose 3 full days for the Notre Dame trip. But I could consievably do the artwork on the plane and not socialize with the other drumline people. Meh, that doesn't sound like a good option either. So, I guess the bottom line is: check Friday for a mini, but don't be dissapointed if there isn't one. Just know that there will be a real comic next week, no matter what.
