Wow, I'm actually kind of surprised that I was able to finish this comic on time. It's amazing what a person is capable of if they do only one thing during their free time for 4 days. 'Cause not only did I get the comic finished, but I redid Allie's character picture on the characters page, fixed some spelling mistakes on that page (-_-'), and got some pictures I did over the San Jose trip scanned in and put up on the random art page. The pictures I put up aren't nessecarilly the best ones I did over my weekend of basketball fun that caused the previous comic to be late, but I think they're the pictures that can stand the best on their own without explination and stuff. So there you have it. Anyway, now for an update on the life of the artist. 10th week and finals are upon us with the ferrocity of a lion without any teeth: it looks all terrifying when it's jumping at you, but once it tries to bite you, you find it's rather handleable. I'm not planning on skipping any comics for finals weeks like some other comics, *cough*applegeeks*cough*, so be sure to come and read during those weeks. 'Cause I put a lot of work into these comics. Hand drawing everything isn't the easiest thing to do for a webcomic, especially when you draw the color with pencils. But I know it's worth it because you, the reader, appreciate the work, and I do it 'cause I love ya. (Aww, bonding moment) So yeah, that's about it. Spring break happens after finals, and I might think about doing more than one comic. But in more likely hood, I'll just re do the Corbral and Roger character pictures, because they're looking really old next to the updated ones for Allie and Guard Turtle. I also might spend some of spring break learning to do more things like this, but I put that type of learning off until after I've finished the comic for the week. So that's all. Peace out, brah. |
