Well, it has truely been a busy week, with the party on the 4th of July, and working, and the concert I got back from an hour ago at The Greek theater in Griffith park. I was one of the singers for Kristen Chenowith's concert this evening, and it was quite an adventure over the last two days. I drew this entire comic on the road (well, I just mean not at home. The road is actually a terrible place to draw), and finished it up this morning while waiting in the orchestra lounge at the Hollywood Bowl for a rehersal of Tausca to finish up. I hope that performance went well.

Anyway, the month of July creeps on, with one weekend of music now down, I look forward to, in this order, the CBS sports gig at the rose bowl, the Aquabats' concert and Aquacadet summit, and to finish my weekends of July serries, The Sound of Music extraveganza at the Bowl. Ah, a good month indeed.

And then I'll be able to plan a possible road trip up to the Yosemite area to visit a friend who's working up at a campsite in that area. That would be most fun, for I miss this particular friend terribly, and very much wish to see their smiling face once more.
