They are poppin' out o' my pencil faster than the colenol's popcorn chicken flies out o' his ovens. It feel so good to be a senior where almost every class has shut down by now. I drew most of this comic today during class when we were doing absolutely nothing. So my advice to all those high school students: just hold on.

So yeah, not much to update on the life of this young struggling artist. My Drumline's last competition is this weekend on May 1st. We spent all day afterschool today painting the backdrops, which gave me a chance to work in a medium I don't normally get to dabble in: spray paint. Our show is kinda a rock/hippie show with the songs "Paint it Black" and "Dazed and Confused". In my oppinion, it's a pretty good show, and we should do well.

Art-wise I'm drawing a lot more and still experimenting with the hard-to-draw entity that is the human body. I got some good dragons out of me ever since that dragon session started. One of them is guarding the locker me and Joel share with an iron fist and Hulk pants. One of my friends saw it and wanted me to draw them a dragon with a utility belt. So that's my next project (should take an hour, maybe) before I can draw any more comics. I know, my commisions list is sad, but I'm still new to the art community.

Nothing else to say. I'll get the archives up soon (like it's hard to figgure out my page naming system) so people don't have to browse through the whole lot of the comics to pick up the story where they left off. That'll be nice, right?
