I have returned! And after lazing about for a few days, I decided it was time to put together the comic that I drew in Japan. Well, also, there were a few days there where it was so hot that if I turned the computer on and it didn't have industrial strength coolant running through it, it would have exploded. So yeah, here it is. I drew it on Japanese computer paper, which is longer and thiner than ours. It's like 8.25 X 11.5, about. So the comic's size is really wierded out this time. But It's still good. Finally I get to draw in some of the characterization that will further the plot later and ultimately be a kinda moral (oh come on, there has to be some kind of lesson in each chapter. I'm practicing to make tv shows for children, and almost all of the hero ones have some kind of "growth" lesson.) But enough on that. So Japan was freaking Amazing. I mean, one of those once in a lifetime oportunities that changes who you are for the rest of your life. Well, ok, I didn't change that much, but my Japanese got better. And I bought 21 Hoshi no Kaabi (Kirby the creampuff) comic books, which have that interesting Japanese vocabulary of emotions and techniques. So I'll have fun reading those. Fun Fun. So that's all for now. I'll probably start on the next comic tomorrow, and since I actually have a summer now, it shouldn't take that long. Oh yeah, and now that I have three comics, I think it was high time I directed your attention to the new copyright page that I created to keep silly people that don't want to draw their own work from stealing mine legally. So yeah. Never steal another artists work. It's bad policy. Ok, I'm done. Goodbye. |
