That's right, folks: a week. A week shall be the new standard for a Reptile Guard releases, and I'm so excited about it. It causes joy to course through my veins until it explodes upon return to my heart, sending lightning up the nerves to my brain where I become lost in a euphoria of amazement that they will come out that often. 'Cause I've often envisioned myself only drawing, and devoting myself to that so that I could get a lot better and really make a name for myself as a cartoonist. But the reality of my life is that I love to do everything, and so I'm still spread as thinly as I was in high school. But this new standard means to me that I have finally been able to allow myself enough time in the week to draw an acceptable quality comic amidst the chaos that consumes me otherwise. But anyway, yeah. You'll be able to view a new comic reliably every Monday, since I put them together and post them late Sunday evening. That'll be a nice little lift to your Monday, right? Some Homestar Runner followed by a Reptile Guard to make Monday happier. 'Cause some people say they can't get the hang of Mondays. I can't seem to get the hang of Thursdays for a variety of reasons, and haven't been able to since high school, but that's another story. And in the life of college, things are going well. I'm getting my midterms back and finding that I've done pretty darn well. The one I was really worried about was my Shakespeare one, and I got it back to find (to my surprise) that I got a 97 when I was really expecting a B. So now I just hope the other two were as easy as I thought they were. The quarter's almost over, though. I get to start signing up for classes on Thursday, which will be cool. I finally get to start taking classes as prereqs for my major, so I'll actually be interested in them. That'll be a nice change. So that's all for now, enjoy. |
